‘Freddie Mercury' by Maria Isabel Sanchez Vegara with illustrations by Ruby Taylor is book 94 in the Little People Big Dreams series.
Born in Zanzibar, Freddie Mercury, once named Farrokh Bulsara, went to a boarding school in India. He took piano lessons and had an ear for music, but it was singing where he excelled. When his family moved to England, he met some friends and formed a famous band.
This is a great biography. Ruby Taylor's illustrations are colorful and fun.
