20 questions are posed to various manga artists from amateur to established pro. They select 10 to answer. They also supply 10 samples of their work, or in some cases their workspace, tools, etc. A short bio is given of each featured artist.

This book is a good resource for those looking to break in to manga or those just interested in the creative process. The variety of skill level as well as geographic diversity was interesting to me.
