review:
'Shattered Prism #2' is a SF anthology edited by Amir Naaman and Carmelo Ratala. It features stories from around the world.
The 4 stories are a bit hit and miss. Some were more memorable. The Froglover by Cynthia Ward might be my favorite in the collection. Two girls talk and one has envy over the gifts her friend is getting from a group of aliens that have invaded. There is a story about a girl working to build a bridge who has an affinity for math. There is one about a man who is remade into something that makes him more and less human.
The Kindle price for this book is about $3, which makes it a pretty decent gamble. The downside is my review copy was weirdly formatted and hard to read, and I'm hoping the finished version won't have those errors.
I received a review copy of this ebook from Rosarium Publishing and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Thank you for allowing me to review this ebook.
