'Bolivar' with story and art by Sean Rubin is the story of a dinosaur that lives in New York.

Bolivar is a dinosaur that lives in New York. He enjoys corned beef sandwiches and visiting book stores and art museums. He can safely live in the city because everyone is too busy to notice him. But the little girl next door, Sybil, has noticed, and now she is out to prove that her next door neighbor is a dinosaur. Eventually, in a funny turn of fate, Bolivar is found out, but how will people react?

This was a really fun story. The illustrations are fabulous. I really liked this story and characters. Bolivar is a character I'd love to have as a neighbor. We'd get along great.
